One of the fastest growing sports is well represented at The Bluffs: Pickleball! Enjoy a fast paced game on one of six new pickleball courts alongside our Lakefront Clubhouse. If tennis is your passion, step over to our lighted tennis court with friends for a match made in heaven. The new Sport Court is host to basketball and all sorts of other pastimes. Our community is full of active, sporting neighbors, making it easy to get involved and get into a game. See our tennis and pickleball scene, in the photo gallery below.

Homesite Owner’s Builder Showcase · Saturday, December 14th, 12p-3p
Builder Model Homes · If you own a homesite and are searching for your builder, stop by the gate house for your official map or print one at home, then visit select models, meet builder representatives, gain design inspiration, ask questions about building in The Bluffs, and relax with light refreshments!

Community Gathering · Saturday, December 14th, 3p-5p
The Bluffs Clubhouse · Let’s gather for hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine, and fantastic live music, as we mingle with neighbors old and new.

Property Owner Meeting · Sunday, December 15th, 10a
Hotel Ballast * 301 N. Water Street, Wilmington | We will review this year’s efforts and results, and the exciting plans for 2025. A light continental breakfast will be provided.
