Chair Yoga Noon - 1pm
Chair yoga is a gentle, modified form of yoga that allows people to practice yoga poses while seated in a chair or with its support. It’s suitable for people with limited mobility or balance, people with physical disabilities, or those recovering from injuries. Chair yoga can help build strength, flexibility, and balance, and promote relaxation
Book Club #2
Book groups provide a wonderful platform for people to come together over a shared love of reading and gives you the chance to try different types of books and genres. They offer opportunities for personal growth, social connection and intellectual stimulation in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Book Club 2 will meet the last Tuesday of every month at 7:00 at the clubhouse.
